We recommend that if your going to kayak pictured rocks you should plan a 2 to 3 day stay. We can’t control the weather so if something happens you’ll be more flexible around Mother Nature. Not many days are like this however so it’s just a recommendation. In the case of us canceling, a full refund is our policy. We would like to try and rebook your tour but if your not available or not planning to come back to our area you will of course have a full refund. If your a no show with no call or explanation you will be charged the whole amount. Hopefully we can reschedule your tour because customer satisfaction is very important to us.
