We reach out to all customers a few days prior to your date and do a weather update. If all’s a go then we send info on payment and exact meet/date time. We are a smaller outfitter and can adjust tour times around Mother Nature. It helps to add back up dates if your in our area a few days we can pick the best weather day for your tour. Thank you!
