When you call or book your reservation with us we don’t take your payment until we know forsure Mother Nature is cooperating. How it works is that we will call you a few days prior to your tour and give you an update on the weather. It’s good to have a back up date available also but not a problem if your only available on one certain date. If the weathers cooperating then you can take care of the details with payment then. We honor full refunds due to weather or unseen circumstances on your end or ours.
